Dr. Ahanotu, is broadly interested in management education with particular emphasis on training, employee development and performance evaluation methodologies. Furthermore, my research interests are shaped by emerging knowledge management and technological trends designed towards exponentially improving business performance and profitability. I am a primary technical contributor and management consultant to many agribusiness and startup companies who focuses on the question of how to leverage these core knowledge management principals.
